Purchasing Procedure

Print out the "Contract", located on the Contract page. Read the contract's "CONDITIONS OF SALE". If you agree with the terms of the contract, sign the contract and return it, along with your payment, to the following address:

Your art work plus one ( 1 ) contract completed by the artist will be shipped to you within four ( 4 ) to six ( 6 ) weeks to the address listed on the contract or to an address you have requested.

Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the art work(s), you may return that art work(s) within thirty (30) days of shipping date ( undamaged or altered ) for a complete refund. The art work(s) must be returned insured ( if not insured the purchaser/returnee will be responsible for full value of the returned work(s) if damaged in shipping ) with your signed ( electronic or hand written ) contract in the original packing . Costs for the return of art work(s) are the responsibility of the returnee.
